Review & Selection
Abstracts are reviewed for alignment with the conference theme and tracks, Africentric grounding and Ubuntu ethics, contribution to transformative practice, clarity, and relevance to communities and the diaspora. Notifications will be sent by February 27, 2026.
Presenter Guidance (for accepted abstracts)
- Next steps & presentation format will be shared in your decision email, including time allocation and any template or accessibility guidance for slides/posters.
- Programme listing: Titles, authors, and affiliations for accepted abstracts will appear in the online programme once confirmed.
Late Submissions
We appreciate the interest; however, late abstracts cannot be accepted. If you submitted before the deadline and believe there was a technical issue, contact conference2026@dbdli.ca with full details.
